Skipping Ahead....To the NEW PUPPY!!

Shame on me....I haven't blogged since like last october! Hey it is better than that year dryspell i had a while back...haha! I am deff gonna go back and blog about all of the crazy stuff that has gone on up until now....BUT....i just had to skip ahead to this for now.....

WE GOT ANOTHER DOG!...I always swore we would only have ONE dog at a time. But being that we don't have children yet....and Little Daughty Dog doesn't really care for aaron much. :"( it is saddening i know!...it makes aaron sad too that Daughty will Always love me more than him and she will always growl at him when he pets her whether she likes it or not. :-/ crazy lil' doggie. Prob doesn't help that she's almost 10 years old...and she is a grouchy ol' woman...but still cute nevertheless! So...We weren't planning on getting another dog...but my dear Cousin Maggie Millar's doggie Rosie (Maltese/bichone frise) is a lil' scallywag and was runnin around the neighborhood takin her pic of the guys...well seems she picked a jack russel terrier to get her eggo preggo! Well needless to say....They made some pretty dang cute lil' pups!...Rita told me about her around christmas time and i showed some definant excitment and interest since that is the size and look of dog we feel like we would want (after daughty talks like a frog of course) aka croaks. :( i know it's horrible...its' aarons nice way of saying it. But it just so happend that we said what the heck!...and we are SOO glad we did because she is such a cute lil' pup! And we decided to keep her name in the Fam and name her after Magz!...haha...So here she is...the newest SNOOKS addition for now....

The FALL season has been particularly nice this year! We have enjoyed it! I LOVE all the Fall Colors! I'm sad that it is getting colder & colder...even though i LOVE the winter as well...I really like the Limbo weather of fall time. Oh well. This winter brings some fun stuff ahead for us. We will be coaching Club Volleyball again at Club Idaho, we are coaching the 15Gold team this year which will be alot of fun! Aaron will also be entering into his LAST SEMESTER OF SCHOOL!!...YIPPEEE!!!! We also very much so look forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas of course! Getting to see both families & talk to my handsome missionary brother Abe for the 2nd to last time till he's HOME! Down to about 8 months left! We all hope it flies! This fall we have really enjoyed turnin the fireplace on alot at night and cozzying up by the fire watchin our shows or movies. We also enjoyed a fun Halloween party in my parents new neighborhood. We are hoping to make it to a friends halloween party tonight if we are able to leave club tryouts soon enough. Aaron will be Coach Pete and I will be Erin Andrews. haha We couldn't be anything too exciting since we have to look normal at club tryouts tonight, i don't think our director would appreciate us dressing up hard core as we are there to evaluate the players. haha. So yeah fun stuff. We also had some good friends come up for the weekend. One of Aarons buddies from TVCC basketball days. T-mac (Tyler) and his wifey Melissa McKee. We had a great time with them...wish they would move here! :) We keep trying to convince them of every reason why they should. haha. They had their annual TVCC ALUMNI Game..our Alumni can still kick some major trash, especially considering that we only had 7 guys! haha Anywho....Thats the update on our lives for now. I am emailing abe back and forth right now and he is also doing SUPER well in Argentina! He loves it! We miss him though! Well thats all for now folks. Hope everyone had a Spooktacular Halloweeen!!!!

SHOULDER SURGERY

For a good year now i have been livin life with a crappy right shoulder. I injured it a year ago initially playing Volleyball. Then after continuous use of my shoulder from playing More Volleyball, Coaching Volleyball, and Doing repetitive shoulder motions from doing Hair everyday has caused a crazy Mess in this here shoulder of mine. So....i finally went to a Shoulder Surgeon Specialist to figure out what the heck is wrong with it cause it kept getting worse and worse. Apparently I had multiple bone spurs in my shoulder and into my collar bone area, my bursa sac was inflamed (which cushions between the top shoulder bone and the rotator cuff) and part of my bone was impinging down on my rotator cuff causing Pain and a partial tear. I also had lots of Calcification in my shoulder from all of this goin on! They were able to remove the bone spurs and the inflamed bursa, shave down the part of my bone that was ruffing up my rotator cuff, smooth out the tear in the cuff and FIX er' up! Yay. Luckily they were able to do it "arthoscopically" instead of having to CUT me open which would have been bad. It's a MUCH faster recovery arthoscopically than the other way around! It will have been a full week on tuesday since my surgery. My shoulder still HURTS but i guess in recovery that is normal. I'm gonna start doing hair tomorrow but i can't do any blowdrying/styling for 6 weeks. I feel bad but my clients are very understanding!
Coming out of anesthetic was quite amusing i guess because i was loopy and said hi to noah about 5 times consecutively Apparently I am a total lightweight when it comes to Anesthetic and pain medication. I was throwing up constantly and could barely keep my pain meds down. After day 3 i went off the hard stuff to tylenol & advil. Cause the more intense pain wasn't nearly as bad as being so nauseous and throwing up every 5 seconds! (i hope when i'm preggo someday that i'm not a sick girl cause i do NOT like that)
But I have a very loving husband who took GREAT care of me!! He would wake up at night to feed me something before i took my pain meds and wait for me to get some food in my stomach after throwing up each time to give me my pain meds. he is such a doll considering he CAN NOT STAND throwing up. But he stood by my side and held my puke bucket, then he would go rinse it out and come back and kiss me. Oh i am lucky. My mom also was there at my beckoning call! She came and stayed with me also while aaron was at work and school and took care of me! A girl will Always need her momma no matter what we say!! But i just hope that it progresses fast! I've been kindof a whimp about it, aaron can vouch for that! The worst part is not having Strength in that arm...its' a weird feeling being incapable to do much with your dominant arm. But i am getting better and stronger each day! Thanks to all of ya who included me in prayers and checked in on me! I deffinantly felt the love, and i'm just excited it's over with and am on to getting better so i can get playing volleyball again soon!!

So i just opened up my page for online booking Yesterday and people are already booking away! It's cool because it's all connected too to the "social networking world" like facebook and twitter. BRUNCH EVERY MONTH!

OK...first off...i'm blogging about this because i look forward to it every month...read and you will understand why...Amber Sevy and Hayley Evans are two of my buds. (dang Stacy Millar would be included in this Brunchness but she had to up and move to Utah!...) We all used to work together at a salon and we thoroughly enjoyed our chats in the break room!!! They all have children and we all have busy lives (well i like to think i do...haha) therefore it is hard to get together. For a while there it was one of those things were we would go to lunch maybe every 3-4 months or so and have a great time and catch up. Well as life gets you busy, and for them having lil' babes keeps them more busy...getting together for lunch was always one of those things that we would talk, txt, or facebook each other about and kept saying..."we need to get together" ...how many times do we say that to alot of our friends and it never happens because of LIFE!....I know right??? It happens to all of us i'm pretty sure. So.....We came up with a genius plan. BRUNCH. We decided that the first friday of every month we would get together and have Brunch. We alternate who "hosts" Brunch, therefore it is easier to stay and chat and eat and hang with all of us (and their kiddos) Because unfortunately the lil' ones don't like to stay and chat at Olive Garden forever. So we thought if we just got together at each others homes then we could chat and hang all we want. We had our first brunch at Mrs. Hayley's home & it was fabulous. So needless to say I'm just really glad that I get to see these girls at LEAST every month!! Hopefully Stacy can come down some of those Brunch Fridays w/ lil' Miss Carly and join us! In the mean time....i get to hang with Amber and Hayley and Their Studly Boys!! Her are some old pics that i came across that i had to post! :)

General Conference Weekend & the Discovery of Tai Pan Trading in BOISE

OK...i will save the best for last on this Post..(being conference)
So first off....My Mom told me that boise had recently opened up a Tai Pan Trading in BOISE...i was like..."Whhaaaaaa?" (like the minion on Despicable Me!) Anywho....I was like...ok When We Goin!! So when all the Guys went to the Priesthood Session Saturday Night...Me and My Momma and My Momma-In-Law went out for a Ladies Night. We went and did some dammage at Tai Pan...They had SOO much cute stuff...In stores like that is when i wish i had all the mooola in the world to spend on cutesy stuff for my house. Now that i'm a homeowner i swear the only thing i wanna spend money on is Home Decor! Although I have a hard time spending money on Home Decor because Both My Mom and Mom-in-law advise me to not go to crazy all at once because over time you WILL accumulate a TON of stuff for your home. Which i totally believe because both my mom and aarons mom have SOOO MUCH CUTE STUFF in their homes. SO i agree to be patient about it and then Freakin TaiPan comes here to temp me. But i thought ok I will let myself purchase something there Once A Month. So we will see how that goes..especially with the holidays comming up!! Eeek! After we raided TaiPan we went to Olive Garden to endulge on their NEVER ENDING PASTA BOWL...yeah...and endulge we did! We were miserable but it was worth it! haha. It was alot of fun spending time with my Wonderful Mother and the Wonderfull woman who raised my husband. We had a good time! Heres some pics of some of the good steals i got at taipan

On the topic of CONFERENCE! Wow....I tell you what...Wow! (like the litte bat 'bartok' says on Anastastia)...What an amazing conference weekend! All the talks were SOOOO good! I can't even begin to point on all the ones I loved because i would be up till 4 am if i did that and My clients that i will be doing hair for tomorrow would probably not appreciate that. haha But can i just say that i LOVE love LOVE love LOVE President Monson! He is something else isn't he! What an amazing Prophet! He never ceases to amaze me and make me laugh! He has an amaaazing way to connect with the members of our church & those not of our faith. He is just so awesome! I also loved when some of our good friends Texted Aaron to see if he listend to Elder Anderson's talk about having children. haha. Thanks Dan and Lisa! We love you guys!! It was a fabulous talk also!! :-) All n All, just such a wonderfull conference weekend.
I must make a confession though!....I was joking around with My oldest brother jer on facebook because he pretty much posted his favorite quote after each talk was given. So that was Alot of posts! I teased him saying "Hey Jer...aaron and i missed the saturday sessions, do you think you could put in a nutshell what was shared today".....then i felt like a total d-bag because i got thinkin and thought. WOW jazz....What an amazing missionary tool conference is! And choosing to share anything that was shared at conference could touch someones life! I know that if anybody who would listen to all of conference, they could find something in EVERY talk that applied to THEM in THEIR lives and that could be the lil' boost that they needed. Then i just thought...Man...that big brother of mine...Always doin the right thing and being a Good Example to all of us....SO Props to you My Brotha! Sorry i'm a sarcastic lil' doof sometimes, i try to help it but it doesn't always go my way. haha. But yeah...

Lastly....Alot of the times that Missionary Work was brought up...I couldn't help but think of my Brother Abe!...Out Serving a full time mission in Argentina! He is just the greatest! His letters are so uplifting and inspiring. He is a Zone Leader and his Zone just set an ALL time mission record in the Mendoza mission for the MOST baptisms in one month!...How awesome is that! He is doin WORK! But I love him and i miss him like crazy..That kid deserves the best of everything. Only ONE MORE general conference then he will be home!! Yay!

WE GOT A GRILL FINALLY

OK yeah...i just had to blog about this because my AWESOME MADRE in all of her realstate work that she does had a guy who was moving and wanted to sell a bunch of his stuff....So my Mom thought of ME!! YAY....
*Nutshell backround story: Aaron and I have wanted to buy a Grill since we bought our house in March. Due to the fact that the more decent ones are quite spendy we decided to be patient and hold out till the end of the summer when they would go on a good sale....(good logic right???....) But NO!....No grills went on sale...i know, i know...i was thinkin the same thing...w-t-f. We waited all summer with NO delicious BBQ-ing to find out that apparently bbq'ers don't really go on sale after summertime. So we where bummed and thought...well lets just buy one next summer.
UNTIL....My mom thought of us. Us who wanted a Grill soo badly! The guy paid like $600 for this grill last year brand new with all the whistles and bells to go with it...it's one of those sweet ones that you can put wood chips in and stuff to "flavor" the grill-idge! It's a fancy one and its the kind that plugs right into our Natural Gas line that we have on our back patio..and we got it for $200! YAY....We are really thrilled about it because we still have a good month left of BBQ season i believe! Thanks again MOM...and THANKS DAD for setting it up AND for not trading out you guys' grill for this one and keeping this one and giving us yours!..haha...I know you thought about it! haha jk jk's. But needless to say...we are THRILLED & glad we held out. Aaron says he wants to become a GrillMaster! So we will see how that goes, I will keep you updated in the summer to come.

BSU GAME!!

OK so we ACTUALLY attended a BSU game! It was quite the whirlwind trying to get tickets for this game because of BSU wanting "revenge" on Nevada. Well..they beat them like 30 something to 10 so all is good in the bronco hood! Aaron and I got free tickets cause Aaron has a Student ID and i stole Kam's student ID. haha...Then each student is allotted a "guest ticket" so we got 2 guest tickets for our friends The Rupert's. We had a good time in the scortching heat, getting just the left sides of our faces sunburnt!! I can't believe it is still so hot. Ironically all 4 of us hadn't been to a game since like 2003 so it was fun for us all to go! I must say tho, it will probably be our last game in a good while. There is just something about sitting at home eating good food on a couch getting a close up on your big screen and getting to rewind on the dvr if you missed the 3 instant replays that they just did of an awesome play. Where when your at the game if you look down for 2 seconds to grab your $5.00 Drink then you miss seeing an interception or something and guess what...when the sun is blazin on the jumbotron at the end of the field...you don't get to see what happend. Also...might i add...we Were in the student section and I just wish that all the crazed fans would understand that yelling "BULL SH*T" everytime the reff makes a bad call...PROBABLY isn't gonna help you ...and screaming other individual profanities including the Classy F-bomb to the reffs does no good except maybe losing your voice so you can nolonger scream! haha. ps. the reffs can't hear you!...at all! so i have just never understood the screaming at football games. But it probably would not have been as bad if we weren't in the student section, haha ANYWHO....besides that i mean it was fun to go to a game and be in the football atmosphere with our friends!...but lets just say that we will probably be staying home and watching it on our tv from now on, but we will still be bronco fans loud and proud. haha (sorry dad)

Relief Society General Broadcast

Tonight i went to the "Womens Wire" at the stake center with my Lovely mother in law Kathy. My own mamasita was unable to make it because she's got that nasty cough/cold thing that is going around :( (missed you mom) But the talks were very good. I was especially impressed by prez Uchtdorf's talk. He talked about the beautiful flowers of the world..but one imparticular that impressed him...the "forget me not" flower. He spoke of them appearing somewhat small and insignificant compared to some of the big beautifull flowers that tower over these small little "forget me not" he said that there is an old tale that tells of how it got it's name. He said that God had gone throughout all the flowers in the world and had given them beautiful names, then he finally got to this small little blue flower and the Lord said...hmm now what shall I call you...and the tiny blue flower asked...Oh please lord...Forget Me Not!...and so the Lord found it fitting to name it the "forget me not"...(cute lil' story)...anywho...Prez Uchtdorf said he was going to use the "forget me not" flower as somewhat of a metaphor to what he wanted to speak on. He said the flower has 5 petals and so he wanted to point on 5 different things in his talk.

1-Forget not to be Patient with Yourself

he reminded us that the Lord knows that no one is perfect, although we strive for perfection, we can't expect to be perfect. and the people who we Think are perfect..are not perfect either. And to not get down on ourselves when we can't accomplish Everything or do Everything right.

2-Forget Not that some sacrifices are more important than other sacrifices!

meaning, to lose hours of sleep from a child having a nightmare or preparing a lesson or talk vs. sacrificing hours of sleep for making the perfect bow for your daughters hair or stitching a quote into 20 hancerchiefs for the relief society ladies that you will be giving your lesson to. haha That some sacrifices are more important and to ask yourself...am I giving up something GOOD for something BETTER!

3-Forget Not to be HAPPY NOW. Don't always find yourself saying..I will be happy "when..."

he compared this to the story of Charlie and the Choc Factory. How everychild thought that their happienss dwelled in Having that "GOLDEN TICKET" that they couldn't be happy alone in the prize that came in every candy bar...The Chocolate itself! He said how some of us set so many goals or have so many Ideas of what will bring them happiness and we forget to be HAPPY NOW!..for all that we have and to Enjoy the moment!

4-Forget not the WHY of the gospel.

Obviously the What and the How are always a pressing matter. But we must remember WHY we live the gosple and WHY we teach the gospel to our children. That should be our main focus is the WHY! (i loved that)

5-Forget Not that the Lord Loves YOU!

I loved this because he went back to the flower and said...you may have days were you feel as insignificant and down in the dumps and frustrated and alone and Small. Small like the "forget me not" just know...that your Heavenly Father LOVES YOU! He knows you, he knows your face, he knows yoru pains, he knows your strengths and weaknesses and he knows your struggles.

He is THERE FOR YOU, and Forget Not..that HE LOVES YOU!

OMG FOLKS!!!....Look At Our Yard!!

OK....you have to understand my excitment because we thought it would take us at least 2 full summers to get our yard looking the way that it is now! When we bought our home back in March....the Yard and Water features and birms looked like Shizz. And that is putting it nicely! Let me refresh ya'll.

And THEN...a Miracle happend, at first my parents where helping us mow it because we didn't have a mower and it seemed kinda pointless for a while because we were mowing weeds. All that green stuff you can kinda see...it ain't grass...it's just weeds! and weeds and weeds and death. Then after a while my folks got a new mower so we bought there old riding mower. Realizing it would take FAR too long to push mow our whole lawn. Then We had some "lawn guys" give us their advice and they all say..."it's terrible, you should just tear it up and start over compelty!"...that seemed like a total night mare! Both of our Dad's said...why don't you just really Love it over the summer and see what happens, what can it hurt. I was nervous because once alot of our neighbors saw that someone had bought that house they would all stop by and say...."So..uh...when ya gonna get this lawn lookin better?..sure is an eye sore in the neighborhood!" haha ok nobody was that mean..but i could tell they were thinking it. haha. So with the help of our families and Aaron and I and some handydandy dudes called TRUGREEN....

and 6months after moving in.....

halfway thru the summer Aaron's Dad got

a new push mower for himself so we got his old one.

Aaron was thrilled because he likes to push mow the front yard

so that the lines look nice and perfect! Takin' Pride!

Sadly i think beggening of next summer we are going to

take out the "sitting water" part of this water feature.

We will leave the waterfall part and turn the rest into more grass.

It's just a pain in the butt to keep clean and the frogs like

to have a mass mating party in it in the spring/summer

and one day i don't want it to be a hazard for our lil' snookies runnin around! :)

All n All...we are VERY PROUD of all the hard work and Tender Loving Care that has been put into our yard! We would have never imagined it would come back this fast and this great! Our home sat vacant for almost 2 years!..yeah..thats 2 years of dead yard and an earthload of weeds! We are soo happy about how it recovered! There are a few lil' bare spots in a few places that we will re-seed when we have the TRUGREEN guys come arreate this fall. So that will fix those lil' areas. But we know it's good when the neighbors stop by and are in shock of how fast and well it came back.
I think we done good. A big yard is ALOT of work we have come to realize over the summer. haha. But it is totally worth it when you know that it is YOURS and i can just immagine our little ones out there in their barefeet enjoying the soft grass under their lil' piggies!

It has been really fun watching Noah develope in all different aspects of his life. I always kinda felt bad for noah that he didn't really "grow up" with any of us siblings except for Abe mostly. But then seeing how awesome life is for him and how much he gets spoiled by my parents..i don't really feel bad for him...i mean freak...look at this gun he just got...

Yeah....he's got a rough life. haha...ANYWHO....that is all beside the fact. It's not his fault that my parents had him 9 years after their "last child" haha. But nevertheless...he is awesome and I feel very lucky to be his only sibling that is around to get to watch him play all his sports and stuff. It has been fun going to his soccer games and seeing him develope into a great athlete. All my brothers played soccer and were rockstars at it!...Noah had some seriously talent to watch growing up! He is still trying to mast the flip throw that Abe does...

Noah's Weekend Stay With Us!!

My folks went out of town last weekend to see my lil' neices in Utah play soccer and visit Jer and Kara and their family! Noah couldn't go because he had a soccer game. He is playing for this new club team and now that he is getting older and the play and level is higher...he can't really skip town and miss games. So he got to spend the weekend with yours truely!! Oh What A Joy It Was!!....It really was....Noah is a stud and we loved having him over all weekend! So we picked him up from school and he went to Chipotle with us for the grand opening and we took noah to his soccer game saturday morning...he did great despite the fact that he tweaked his ankle pretty good right at the beggening, he still had the BIGGEST BOOT on the team...that kid could kick probably kick the ball down to Abe in argentian!...he's gotta foot! It was fun to get a taste of being responsible for a kid...even tho noah is 12...haha...we also did yard work and watched alot of college football and Noah helped me make dinner and then he snuggled with daughty at night. All in all...it was Alot of fun havin Noah for the weekend! He's my brobro!

OH ...before i end this blog....funny story. Noah learned what CARMA is.

After Chipotle we went over to the boise Mall to buy Aaron and Noah some BSU gear that they didn't really need but it was gameday and they felt they needed some new blue n orange. SO...we founds some good stuff and as we were walking out of the mall to head to the car I was sipping on my melted crunchy ice (another perk about chipotle..the crunchy ice..yum!) and about 20 yard before we get to the car i finished all my ice...having already passed any trash cans i thought that i didnt' want to put trash in my car i had just cleaned out!...so i was walkin past this pickup truck that had some junk in the back of it's truck bed so i decided.....hey what the heck i will just toss my cup in this guys truck, he will never know...as i am going to throw the cup into the back of the truck..'BASH!!!!" I whacked my knee SOOOOO hard on the freakin huge Hitch on the truck!....I grunted and groaned from the pain and then Aaron said..."Carma Babe!" Then i told him to shut up. I kept my cup and threw it in my car....then 5 minutes later as I am still rubbing my knee..Noah goes....What is CARMA??....Then we went on to explain to him that there is good carma and bad carma. And that you get out of life what you put into it!.....Mine was obviously bad carma. hhaha..Guess i learned my lesson the hard way.

NEW COMPUTER FINALLY!...

OK....so right after we Got married 3 years ago...we bought this $400 laptop that we figured would get Aaron through 4 years of college and me through whatever i do....my facebooking/blogging/scheduleing clients/whatever else i do...(i refuse to get into pinterest because i KNOW i will love it....so i'm stearing clear)..we had had it cleaned and debugged and wiped from viruses so many times..and still it managed to be slower than tar!...So for our "anniversary gift" to ourselves. We decided to get a new desktop computer! Thanks to Kams wonderfull grandma who works for HP...she got us a Stellar Deal on a really good HP desktop computer and monitor and printer!...THANKS ARLYN!!
So then once the computer arrived in the mail we were so excited, Aaron opened all the boxes and made a complete mess in the kitchen and was starting to set it up and we thought....oh no....we don't have a desk...?? So we went right to the store and since we couldn't afford a gigantic huge RCwilley style desk (which we didn't want a huge one anyway)...but the smaller desks have all your cords hangin out everywhere...and then all the suddeen at freddys we saw the cutest desk/armoir! They only had the floor model left and we wanted it so bad....because it was a floor model we got it 60% off...WHOO HOO...love a deal like that! So we loaded it up and brought it home. Aaron said that we should have paid more because it was all pre assembled!! haha....It would have been a long night if we had to assemble it ourselves! So here it is...our cute/awesome anniversary prez to ourselves! Hopefull this one will make it much longer than the laptop did.

Yup.....I know i can't believe it either! Time is a really weird concept....I can't believe we have been Married for THREE years. And might I add....it has been the best 3 years out of my 25 So far....and it just makes me even more happy that i get to spend the rest of my years with my Aaron! It was a fabulous evening!

OK so a few posts back I made a big big fuss about chipotle opening here in boise!....Lets just say i am really thrilled about boise finally getting some of my favorite places to eat from when i lived in utah for hairschool....boise now has a Cafe Rio, Costa Vida, Kneaders, Rumbi Island Grill, CHIPOTLE....so yeah...life is grand. I am still waiting for Pei Wei to get here but i am being patient. (haha obviously we eat out too much) Anywho...Aaron especially was anxiously awaiting the grand opening of Chipotle! I kinda wanted to wait till the day after it opened because i was sure there was gonna be a huge line the first day....but NOOO...Aaron insisted we go to Chipotle The Hour that it opened. So....we did. And ....There was a line....a freakin big huge line! And on top of that...it was a hot day. So we waited!

And....It was Worth It!

SO....IT FINALLY ARRIVED...GAMEDAY. Aaron made a point to remind me EVERY DAY for like the last 2 weeks how excited he was for this particular Saturday! He watched as many games as he could and along with all of that was able to lay some cement with his dad in the morning and mow our whole lawn. Pretty productive saturday! On Friday Night we ...(ok I) decided last minute to throw a little BSU party. I ran to the store and was for some reason wearing an old Utah State Volleyball shirt from a camp I went to YEARS ago. I felt like an idiot walking around walmart because EVERYBODY else and their dog was wearing BRONCO gear!! So i bought a bunch of party stuff and went home and got in party zone!...We had Family and Friends over and had a wonderful time!....Thankfully BSU won!! Or else we would have has some VERY GRUMPY men in the house...(well except for my dad) My dad has never really been a BSU fan so of course him and my mom showed up in RED and BLACK (how dare they!!..i know!!) haha but hey somebody had to do it! We had alot of fun and ate alot of food and cheered the broncos on!! WE told Kam (a former mainline bronco dancer) that she had to do a half time show for us...she refused, lameo! haha. But needless to say we had a fun time and It was a great start of the season for the bronco's!!! I have always understood the general rules of football. But this season I'm making it a point to learn alll of the MANY MANY rules there are in the game. My husband thinks it's great because then he gets to explain it all to me. haha Right now we are actually watching the BSU game AGAIN...he says.."this is great, i can fastforward all the commercials and when they are talking too much!" haha. But we are excited for college football! I look at it as more reason to party and have good times with family and friends! Aaron says thats a perk. Anywho...GO BRONCOS!

CHIPOTLE IN IDAHO!!! WTF!!

YEP folks!! That is RIGHT. Friday night Aaron and I were in boise buying some new BSU gear and the unspeakable happend......we SAW a CHIPOTLE....Aaron almost wrecked the car!...There was a sign on it saying GRAND OPENING SEPTEMBER 16th!! OK just for a backgroud on this. Aaron was introduced to CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL on his mission in riverside california. Aaron served a spanish speaking mission, so naturally he ate ALOT of mexican food because the members he worked with were mexican and they fed the missionaries alot of food!...Always Mexican food. So on Aarons P-days (missionaries "day off" of the week) him and his companion would Always go to CHIPOTLE...I mean...you think if you were eating Mexican food EVERYDAY...on your day off when you get to CHOOSE where you eat...that you wouldn't go eat more Mexican food. hhaha...But Aarons states that it is JUST THAT GOOD! So After we got married we went and tried it out. The first time i tried it i did not like it because i had guacamole put in my burrito, the guac had TONS of onions in it which is just not for me. So right off the bat i disliked it. Then I tried it again without the guac and it was like heaven in my mouth. The Chipotle Steak is TO DIE FOR! Everytime we go to Utah, Nevada, or California...we eat at Chipotle about once a day. haha. I have always said that it's a good thing we don't have a chipotle in boise because we would be Fat and Broke!....Well....we are in big trouble. haha... Aaron goes into boise state everyday for school. I told him he is only aloud to eat chipotle once a week. He looked at me like i was stupid. So we will have to see how that goes! Needless to say...we are VERY excited and EVERYBODY should go try Chipotle Mexican Grill. Now for all you skeptics out there who LOVE Cafe Rio and/or Costa Vida....Chipotle is a BURRITO place. Their burrito's are better then cafe rio or costa vida. Now in the SALAD department....caferio/costavida still have that in the bag! So if you go to CHIPOTLE.....get the Steak or Chicken Burrito. That is where it is at! On friday night when we saw the Chipotle in Boise...Aaron says, "Chipotle in BOISE!..This is the best day of my life!" Jazz Says..."Uhhhmm Excuse ME!!" Aaron: "OK our wedding was first best day but this is a VERY close second." Irritated Jazz: "what about when we have a baby?" Aaron: "I don't know we will have to see if that compares" Jazz: Just has a mad face! Aaron: "JK ok it will be 3rd best day after the baby." Jazz: ok with that.

This Month it felt like we had alot of birthdays!! At the beginning of the Month on August 4th, my mom, noah, & I went and celebrated my Wonderfull Grandma Millar's Birthday. She has been gone for about 5 years now. But we still went to lunch to celebrate her! We miss her so much but always still feel like she is watching over us! She shares her birthday with my Uncle Nick and my good friend Katrina Stice!! Also on the 17th was my WONDERFUL MOM'S birthday!! She turned 35! haha....jk.....She's slightly older then that...just slightly! :) And then NOAH's bday was on the 25th! and He got a freakin huge sniper rifle airsoft gun that he brought over and him and aaron had WAY too much fun with! Now aaron knows what he wants for his birthday. Not happenin. Then Aarons Best buddy DJ had his birthday at the end of the month on the 27th! Crazy Month full of friends and family's birthdays!!...so HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALLLL AUGUST BABIES!!!

Our 2011 Summer So Far....

Our summer has been busy and great so far! Early summer was the Playoffs. When we bought our house having direct tv was a MUST for aaron because he couldn't miss one game of the playoffs! And so needless to say...since we didn't get enough basketball the first 2 years of our marriage...we had to make sure we packed in every play off game. It's a good thing i like basketball or i would be one miserable wifey. We were cheering for dallas or Oklahoma city. I loved that dallas blew out the lakers, that was enjoyable. So needless to say...we were thrilled that Dallas took it all! Very happy ending for the playoffs this year in the Snooks Book! We got to enjoy the final championship game with some good friends. Melissa and Tyler (T-mac) McKee. T-mac is one of aarons old college bball playin buddies. They of course were rooting for Dallas also! So it was quite the enjoyable evening!

Toward the beginning of the summer we where having a game night with our good friends The Stevens! Chelsea & Travis and it was past midnight and we realized that it was Chelsea's Birthday!!...She of course was to modest to say anything & then in came up in conversation and i was like...."we must make a cake!" it was late but we made a rainbowchip cake and we used Q-tips for candles (which was a total fail by the way, but hey we tried) and we sang and ate cake and kept partying. Wish the Steven's were here for longer then just the summer.

THEN later on in June....i had my GOLDEN BIRTHDAY!!...Yes.....I turned 25 years old on June 25th. So basically is your birthday is on the 1'st or in the begenning of the month...you're kinda screwed because your golden birthday was when you were a baby. haha...lucky for me my birthday is on the 25th so i got to actually celebrate it! We celebrated by going to Lagoon....I loove Lagoon! It was an awesome day! We got to spend it with some good friends Will and Ali! We had a blast...it was a Wonderful Golden Birthday!

While we were down in Utah we Finally got to see Aaron's Best friend from gradeschool Dan Garner and his beautiful Wife Lisa!....We SOOO wish we lived closer to them...Dan is in Law school in texas for another 2 years. They come home to Utah for the summertime...we are lucky if we get to see them once or twice! We have a blast with them. Not much has changed with Dan and Aaron's friendship. They act like gradeschool buddies from the old days all over again! So glad we got to see them!!

ALSO....once the summer started i hired 2 little assistants. Channing and Makaul Albertson. They are Kam's (Abe's Kam) little sisters! Makaul is 13 and Channing is 11. They are the BEST little assistants a Girl could ask for! I have Absolutley adored having them in my shop all summer. Helping keep my head on straight and do all the things for me that i don't have time to do...or just don't want to do. haha. :) School starts soon and I am absolutley dreading them going back to school.....I will miss them dearly! Hopefully they can come in and help me out on my late nights still. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that i will never have to rip another piece of foil in my life as long as they're around. haha. I not only love their helping hands, but they are 2 of the awesomest lil' gals! They have an awesome big sister to look up to and great parents..and a pretty cool brother i guess. haha. But they are like little sisters i never had. Noah doesn't quite let me braid his hair and wax his eyebrows! Noah is a stud muffin of a little brother but Channing and Makaul just fill that little sister void for me that i never got. They are so great!

On To The 4th of JULY!!...We went up to Spokane where my 2nd oldest brother Gabe and his wife Heather live. We love it up there. It is so beautiful. Aaron got some good wakeboarding in. Thankfully Heathers Sister Sharee and her Husband Brad are AMAZING wakeboarding coaches. Without them we would have both been doomed. Aaron was crusin finaly by the end of the day and well...I got up for about a good 10 seconds and I was thrilled with that. We also got to go to a shooting range up there and shoot lots of guns...Aaron LOVED that! & We got to hang at the Demar's Cabin (heathers family) that is right on the Lake. It's so fun. It's kinda a special place up there for Aaron and I because we Got engaged up there on the 4th of July right before the fireworks went off he proposed...it was Ideal! But all n all we had a fabulous 4th!

THEN a couple weeks later on the 24th of JULY weekend. We had a SNOOKS family Trip! With Aaron's parents and all of Aaron's Sibling and spouses and the 2 grandbaby boys! We stayed at a Cabin up in Heber City Utah. We had so much fun! We got to go on sweet train ride! We also did some shopping up in park city as a family and had a Fun day in Park City!...That day was Aaron's Parents Anniversary! WE are all Turds and it skipped all of our brains and they where way to Modest to say anything! So next year we are gonna have to party it up or something. WE are hoping to make this a Annual trip with the Snooks. Now that all the kids are married and there are no more weddings to gather at then that just gives us an excuse to VACA! We had a lot of fun on this trip and look forward to the annual family trips to come! Just wished we all lived closer! (psst....aaron's sisters...you should ALL move to idaho..ok?...ok!)

ALSO IN JULY.....We did the Unspeakable!....haha OK not really. But we DID have a HARRY POTTER PARTY!!....It was seriously so much fun....It started out as Aaron and I joking around one day after watching "Yes Man" with jim carey and he goes to a co-workers Harry Potter Party. We were joking around about how ridiculous some people are in the things that they do! They we started throwing out all these hypothetical idea's and "what if's" and just laughing and then thought...MAN that actually sounds really fun!...I mean think about it...a REASON to party....to Eat yummy food and delicious treats...to play dodgeball...to watch an epic film together..and to DRESS UP! How often do we get to dress up in costume as adults...common you know the child inside all of us just waits for an invite to a costume party!....haha...well needless to say...we had a blast!...we ended up doing the party on a Saturday evening. (the premier was thrusday going into fri at midnight) So when we showed up in costume at the movie theatre together...I think alot of people were thinking ..."uhm people....your a little late...the premier was 2 nights ago"...and we where like....Well we have jobs ok!...So we have to party on the weekend!...haha I think everyone was moreso entertained by it! Especially the girl with the highest pitch voice i've ever heard that takes your tickets at the entrance! She is awesome! Some of our Friend Callie and Tyler Threw a Murder Mystery Party about a month after that! We were psyched to get dressed up again! haha. It was a 1920's Chicago Theme. We had a great time with good company! Aaron's costume was seriously Legit! We found it at a costume shop (which those places are scary) But luckily they had the rigt getup. I was supposed to be a Silky Shady night club owner (kinda like cher was in burlesque) haha....I ended up being the MURDERER!...Which was awesome...and that explains why my expression looks like it does in the following picture! Needless to say...we had tons of Fun...Again!

Lastly ....for now at least....we have a FUN FUN time having My 2 older brothers and their Wives and Kids come into town for a long weekend! It was so fun to have them all here! I wish they lived closer sooo badly! We had the whole crew here exept for Sleezer since she's in North Dakota now..(booo) and Abe of course...he hit his YEAR mark in july! So crazy! And LASTLY Just a quick update on my Stud Muffin of a Brother ABE!...aka Elder Burns!...He is doing sooo awesome! He hit his year mark and is on the Down hill slope now! He will be home next July! He was called to be a zone leader a while back and is doing awesome! His zone is always hitting there goals and sweepin all the friendly motivating mission competitions! He is bringing the gospel into Many lives in Argentina! He sounds so amazing In his letters! He is still very much so got the Abe sound always...but we can all tell he has grown so much & is doing so awesome! His hard work blesses not only the Argentine's lives but All of ours here at home! He is such an amazing example to me. He works so hard everyday! I love him and miss him like Crazy! But so happy that he is happy doing the Lord's Work! These few pics are all just a glimps of how awesome he is doing and how well his mission is going!..awh man..i just love my bro!

Life a YEAR from the last post! Woops.

Ok so I have been totally awefull at posting. Life has been ULTRA busy!! Since last year we have been saving money to buy a house and take that big kid step in life!! We lived with my folks for a little less than a year and that got us to where we want to be. We bought our DREAM home the end of March 2011. So just a little over a month ago. It has been AMAZING and we have wasted NO time in accomplishing one of my biggest goals! To have a wonderful Salon in my home!! Well, we Moved into our house and then 4 weeks later...My shop is DONE!! Thanks to my awesome brother in law Wade! and my family and aarons parents and friends, and aaron. We got it done really quick! I have been absolutley loving it! Life sometimes goes by too fast! But it is SOO nice to see you're hard work pay off and to reach you're goals with the ones you love! Also....today is MOTHERS DAY! Now that I have a couple of those goals out of the way like being a homeowner and having a shop in my home...I'm getting closer to the idea of "A BABY" ...yes i know. We would still like aaron to be done with school but he won't be done till next spring...soo.......we will see. :) Mothers Day every year gives me the itch more and more to have little aarons and jazzy's running around! haha :) We are so fortunate to be able to have both of our parents local! We got to spend time with Both of our Mom's today! It was wonderfull. Over at the Burns Household we got to talk to My AWESOME lil' brother Abe who is Serving his mission in Argentina. We got 2 phone calls down 2 to go! Crazy! He sounds so awesome! We all loved talking with him and hearing his voice! He is just so awesome, I love that kid so much! Anyway, all and all it has been a good day! and a good year! Aaron and I are sooo Happy in our new home! WE Couldn't be more blessed!

New Adventures since Basketball is OVER!!!

We had quite the run with basketball for the last 2 years. I must say I am so gratefull that we have had that blessing in our lives, i mean it paid for Aaron's first 2 yrs of school so we couldn't be more happy about that. As for the team it'self and the coaching, eeh well we weren't so lucky there. Both years had their different challenges but All n All, Aaron and I had great fun while it lasted. I loved watchin him play and will cherish those 2 yrs forev. Also the fact that my little brother Abe (my bestie sibling) and my husband where able to build such a fun relationship! My hubby comes from a family of NO BOYS :'( plenty of Fabulous sisters (who i thank for making him a sweet/sensitive loving husband) :) but he really enjoyed his time this last year getting to bond w/ my brother! They are too much alike. Abe recently got called to the Argentina Mendoza Mission, spanish speaking and will be leaving July 14th. We are soo excited for him, his call seems so "fitting" for him. We will miss him so much! It has been so fun hanging with him and his pretty lil' lady Kamryn. We say we need to start making a "bucket list" in a sense but since abe's not dying we will call it a "basket list" of fun things we need to do before he leaves!!

But....since the first 2 years of our marriage almost has been consumed with basketball this and basketball that, now that it's OVER, we almost don't know what to do with ourselves and all this time. It has been SO relaxing and fun to just spend qualitly time together on the weekends and to see some of our friends and family more often! Right after basketball got over we where able to go down to LA for a long weekend with friends to see friends get MARRIED in the LA temple. All my girlfriends from hairschool, MEGS, KEL, HEATHER, and ME where all down in LA for heathers wedding. Minus STACE, she wasn't there due to the fact that she was on her HONEYMOON! She's all hitched now too to my cousin Bj Millar! Crazy how time flies, I guess that makes us all Married Off Old Women now! haha. LA was so nice, it rained the day of Heathers wedding but it was still an amazing day!....We carpooled down with one of my besties Kelli and her husband Jason. They live in Provo for now but we are sure hoping they might move down our way and become Idaho Folk! We'll see. Anywho, it was so fun to ride down together. We stopped in Vegas (where kelli is from) and stayed w/ her family for the night. THE ROYALS. Geee I love them, they are a great family and always take such good care of us when we are there! Then it was off to LA! We had a blast! The 2 of us couples that are already married all bunked in ONE hotel room. It was awesome and fun though! Then it was back to real life.

It was nice to feel "unbusy" for once!! Then a few days after being home Aaron had some serious pain and we ended up rushin him to the ER here in caldwell. Poor guy I had never seen him in so much pain :( He threw up 3 times cause he was hurting so badly and had 6 shots of morphine that didn't even touch the pain. They ended up having to give him some crazy strong Narcautic to knock the pain and it did finally. He had pain for a good 3 more days till he passed his Kidney Stone, which ended up being the result of all the pain cause it was blocking certain flow-ways and causing fluid to backup in his kidneys! Yikes! poor guy. That sucker looked like a baby Goat Head. Can't be fun. Hopefully we wont deal with that again! They said for a man it's the pain equivilent to a woman having a baby. So i'm kinda glad now that when we have kids then he can Really simpathize for me! Hopefully! I'm just glad he's ok, he scared me!

Last but not least for now....AARON GOT A JOB!!! Oh my goodness and I am SOOO thrilled about it! It's soo the perfect job for him cause he can do it full time in the spring/summer and it will work around his school schedule when he starts back up in the fall. He is going to finish his bachelors at BSU so that will be convienient for us and for his job! He decided Finally that he Didn't wanna be a Pharmascist, and that he didn't end up being as facinated by medicine as he thought he would. He took a bit of a turn & decided he really wants to get into Orthapedic Sales. He would like to adventually be the guy that goes in and sets up the equipment in the Operating rooms & work hand in hand w/ the surgeons. He is starting to network and get his foot in the door now so that by the time he's done with school he can hopefully land a good job! But for now he got hired on at a company called CDI! (custom decorating inc.) I know "decorating" doesn't sound quite up aarons alley. But he's actually really excited about this job! He will basically be going into peoples homes that inquire about wanting new Carpet or Window coverings. He will do all the face work and measurements and send the orders in and get a pretty commission off of each sale. Ther is SO much potential for Aaron to make Good money and to Grow as a person persuing a Sales career. We are in debt to Abe's girlfriend Kamryn's MOM...DESIREE! She is the one that thought of aaron because it's the same thing she does. She has been so helpful and pushed for the company to take Aaron on! We are sooo grateful to her, she has been so helpful in helping Aaron get started. We are just so seriously blessed with awesome people all around us!

and....last but not least before i head out....well, i've lost 10lbs! whoo! I'm working on 10 more and i will be at my goal weight! Gotta get lookin good for summertime! I wanna be out in the sunshine this summer (with sunscreen on of course!) We have started saving for different things! But if all works out and we get everything paid off that we need to, we are hopin to go on vaca w/ some friends in the fall for about a week. Might as well do those things while we got no kids yet! Thats what everyone With kids keeps telling us to do at least!! haha. So i figured we might as well listen! :) Until next time, hope all is well with everyone!!

The Winter is Almost Over!!

Usually I'm a total Winter Girl! but this year i'm so ready for spring and summer. MAYBE it's moreso that i'm ready for the next phase in aaron and i's lifelong journey together! Which....can i just say...i'm the luckiest girl in the world that i get to spend my forever with him! There really are "no bad days" being married to the Mr. Aaron Snooks. He makes me so happy. This winter he has been so busy!! I think thats why i'm antsy for it to be over. This is aarons last year of basketball and him and i both are ready to be done!...I know aaron has had SOO much fun having my little brother Abe on the team this year! Abes' playin for one year before he leaves on his mission here this summer. They have had a blast and are more alike than i ever realized. It's fun, we hang out with Abe and his Lady Kamryn as often as we can...they are so fun. But yeah, that is one part of basketball that has been fun this year. I know later on we will miss it...but like i said earlier, we are ready for the next phase. Aaron only has 2 more yrs of school which he has decided to bust out at good ol' BSU. Luckily!...being here, i can keep workin away! I love my job...my clients have been so awesome and consistent in this last year, i'm so grateful! I couldn't ask for a better job, i get to do what i love and talk to people i like all day! haha :) Can't wait for that soon to be day to have my in home shop...this year we are hopin to buy a house in the south nampa area...SOOO we will see how that goes. Aaron turned 24 in november and we all went to dinner and bowling...it was fun to have our friends/family there. We had quite the time! Thanksgiving and Christmas where amazing as always...filled with family, friends, yummy food, and memories that'll last forev. We created our own tradition and go ice skating on christmas eve morning, abe and kam where kind enough to accompany us this year, we had lots of fun, a few falls, and lots of laughs! I do love that time of year. I'll post a few pics of what we have been up to...hope all is well with everyone else! :)

It was fun spending the hole weekend with my brother Jer and his family and a bit of the Millar gang thrown in there too and then getting to go to the new Oakher' Mountain Temple with the whole Snooks clan! We had so much fun with all of our family! So grateful for all of them..having great familys makes for some good times!

I Love the Fall!! Kinda felt like it went from summer to winter though. But It has been nice so far! Aaron started school and basketball up in September and has been goin strong since! Aaron and Abe my lil' bro are playin together this year on the same College team!! They are havin so much fun! I can't wait to watch them play!! There games start up here pretty soon and then its on to a Basketball Lovin Life again! It's a good thing I love basketball! haha. Aaron had a small sophomore only tournament in Seattle. It was a short and sweet trip. They won all 3 of their games. I went out to my parents house and stayed and hung with noah and abe and my buddy jen. We had some good times. Grandpa's 79th Suprise birthday dinner was just the other night too! We where all supposed to be there @ a certain time, then grandpa was supposed to show up 15 min later...We should all know that grandpa is always early to everything!! Bein his family you would think more of us would be punctual..haha but non of us really are. haha. For Halloween Aaron and I stayed in and ordered Pizza and had a SKULLS movie marathon! It was fun. We only got ONE stinkin trick or treater! But last year we got ZERO. So i guess it was a success compared to last year. Now we have tons of candy. Aaron dressed as a basketballer (clever costume aaron) and i was the Referee. haha. being that we only had one trick or treater we dressed up for no reason. But it was fun!! Abe and Kamryn sent us a pic of their costume..they where Sandra Dee and Danny from Grease! Noah was a Jabawokee! haha. Gotta love Halloween!

SUMMER 09' !!! Life After Basketball !!!

WOW....Summertime....Awhhhhhhh. We didn't know what it was like to have the weekends to do Whatever we Wanted!! haha. The Summer was SOO SOO nice! I moved my work schedule Mon-Thursday so I could actually enjoy the weekends with my Husband! We had so much fun! We had ALOT of weddings in June, the main ones where Aarons older Sister Mel, their wedding was so beautiful! Then my cousin Trevor married the beautiful April...then Aarons Lil' sis Alisha got married too! She looked gorgeous but it rained their whole weddin day. But it was still so much fun! We had a few friends in between get married too. It was a crazy Jun&July...yet relaxing, we went to the Rodeo and the Boise Zoo and The Canyon County Fair, and Went up to spokane for the 4th of July with my family and just had some fun times with friends and family!!.... After that we enjoyed the end of our summer by toppin it off with Vegas and California!! My girlfriend Kelli and her husband got sealed in the Vegas temple, we went down for that and it was amazing and wonderful!! So happy for them! Then we decided to go on down to CALIFORNIA and visit my girlfriend Heather from hairschool!! We stayed with her for a few days while we enjoyed Hunnington beach, The SanDiego Zoo, SEAWORLD, Planet hollywood, then it was on to DISNEYLAND for 3 more days with our buddies Travis and Chelsea Stevens. They where down there the same time so we had so much fun with them!! We are so glad we took this trip! We got a great deal on tickets and used it as an excuse to PRE-celebrate or Anniversary!!

So we just had Butt Loads of basketball this last year. Abe my 18 yr old bro just younger then me had a GREAT year of basketball!!! If we weren't at Aarons College games we where at Abe's Highschool Games!! Skyview Highschool Varsity Basketball Boys team was Perfect!! They didn't lose a SINGLE game all season..not even in the pre-season. They went on the win the Idaho State Championship by One point in overtime!! It was one of the most intense insane moments that I will remember forever. I love my lil' bro so much, him and I are so close...I wanted this for him SOO badly! All 6 of us siblings where there with my parents along with many other friends and family! My 2 older brothers came from out of town to be here for Abe! It was the sweetest moment ever...right as the buzzer rang i burst into tears (totally not like me) my sister lex was makin fun of me hardcore because i never cry!! But it was such an emotional moment and i was so proud of Abe!! I will never forget that....Abe ended up signing to play at Treasure Valley this commin season. Which means.....he will be teammates with my HUSBAND!! :) I'm so excited to watch them both play together this year!!! After one year abe will Serve a mission for our church then prob return and keep playing! Fun Stuff.

So while we where engaged Aaron got a full tuition Scholarship at Treasure Valley to play Basketball. We where so excited. It is in Ontario Oregon, so only about 25 min from our house. Its Acutally the SAME college that I went and played Volleyball & Track at for 2 years!! So I was excited that we can both say that we are Athletic Alumni from there someday!! Aaron's first year there was very interesting. We really liked the coach but the Team was very difficult. Talent wise they where decent...but there was just SOO much attitude and disrespect last year that it made it very hard for them to Ever gel together as a team. They only got a handful of wins and but needless to say it was VERY fun watching my Handsome Husband play college ball!! Lots of road trips & yes it did consume pretty much our lives from October to March. Haha. But it was fun! Here are a few pics from Aarons first basketball season!

I Finally Branched Out On My Own !!

So today (Nov 1st) is a year from the day I left my job and branched out on my own!! I now work at a Salon called ALL THAT JAZZ where I have my own space and can come and go as I please and I totally manage my own time. I am a Hairdresser and I love what i do!! Before I worked at a beautiful newer salon called Studio D for a couple of years. I learned alot there and am very grateful for that time... but after I got married I really wanted to be able to manage my own schedule. It was very scary because I had only been married for about a month and a half and it was a BIG RISK! But Aaron and I prayed about it and it just felt like the right thing to do. Obviously the Lord has blessed us greatly and things have been absolutely great ever since then! Aaron is in school full time so i knew I would really hafta work my butt off for us to have everything we need. We feel so blessed and I am so grateful for all my clients and for how much I love my job! So thank you to all that support me and are still supporting me!! Soon, after we purchase our own home in the next year and a half or so I am planning on having my very own shop in my Home. We are looking to buy in the south east nampa area and can't wait till that day becomes a reality, crazily enough it is just around the corner!! :) So needless to say....Life has been good to me!

Right when Aaron and I got back from our honeymoon in sept 08 in Cabo San Lucas...(which was AMAZING by the way but we forgot to bring a camera really so we only got a few crappy cell phone pics) anyway...We moved into our home that we still reside in right now. It's in Caldwell, ID and we absolutely love it. It is perfect size for what we need right now. In the next year and a half or so we would like to buy a house in nampa but until then we are loving where we are!

MARRIAGE! Been at it for a YEAR now!

Aaron and I where married on September 12th, 2008. It was a Beautiful day at the Boise Temple, couldn't have asked for it to be better! I was so glad I married a local boy..(well if you call meridian local) because we only had to have one big reception. It was the BEST day of my life as far as I knew. But then new days just kept coming and Aaron and I fall more in love everyday...just when you think its not possible to love someone anymore then you already do... tomorrow always surprises me! :)

SO...We finally decided to join the blogging world. Well, I did. Aaron just said ..."sure whatever" :)

I figured since all my friends and family are blogging that we might as well get on it to stay in the loop of whats going on in life.

As for our lives.....a whole YEAR has gone by now. It flew like crazy. I will hopefully figure out how to take you through our fun 1st year of marriage. From our wedding day on September 12th, 2008, to college basketball season for Aaron at TVCC. To our awesome busy summer we had, and up until the now. So here we go...
